About the Role:
As a Home Care Assistant youll play an important role in supporting people to live comfortably and independently in their own homes. From helping with daytoday activities to providing companionship youll be enriching lives and bringing a smile to those you care for.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Supporting clients with personal care such as bathing dressing and mobility.

  • Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks to maintain a clean safe home environment.

  • Offering companionship and building strong trusting relationships.

  • Assisting with transportation to appointments or social activities.

  • Following tailored care plans and monitoring any changes in clients needs.

  • Keeping clear records of the care provided and any observations about clients wellbeing.

  • Helping clients stay connected by using technology for communication or leisure.

  • Experience in care is welcomed but full training is provided for those new to the role.

  • Flexibility to work hours that match clients needs.
