We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Assistant at LBG Trinity Road.

Location: LBG

Rate of pay: £12.00per hour

Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Prepare and serve all beverages in a tinely manner.
To set up service counters for service and to keep the service areas clean, tidy and presentable in line with the CH & Co standards.

Clean and wash up all equipment, kitchen and service areas to comply with the cleaning schedules.
Clean and replenish vending machines when necessary.
To maintain a friendly and professional image with the client and customers.
Attend to customer needs in a polite and helpful manner.
Work with all colleagues in a polite and helpful way to ensure excellent customer service.
To understand and comply with CH & Co and statutory health, hygiene and safety, quality standards including COSHH and HACCP.
Wear the correct uniform and safety shoes as directed and maintain uniform items appropriately.
Report any equipment and/or building fabric faults and any health, hygiene and safety hazards to the GM/AGM.
