My client is a leading operator in high quality and service residential gyms and spas across the UK and they are extremely keen to speak to candidates who are super passionate about providing exceptional service and standards.

You will be expected to drive service and standards via a team of club managers personal trainers and fitness staff. No two weeks will be the same and you will be expected to travel across sites ensuring the sites are being operated at the highest standards and the members are receiving an exceptional service.

Besides a very competitive basic package and and bonus my client is also looking to offer a clear progression plan for the right candidate. The very first progression step will be to manage a slightly bigger region and this can potentially lead to strategic roles within the business.
