Chef de Partie

We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our team at De Vere Cranage Estate in Holmes Chapel.

We have a variety of shifts available to suit you - whether you are looking for additional hours or Part Time work around other commitments.You'll work in a busy and hardworking team environment within our events and leisure Hotel, as part of a talented and hardworking brigade.

As a Chef in our brigade you will;

• Have prior experience as a Chef working in a busy kitchen environment

• Showcase your culinary skills by preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality

• Prepare ingredients while supporting the kitchen brigade

• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus.

• Ensure you have highest of standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety.
