As a DecisioningScientist, you’ll be leading a team responsible for the design andbuild of effective market leading journeys that deliver value tothe bank and to customers within our decisioning capability. You’llbe developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders toagree strategic priorities and align resources with effectiveresource management, planning and prioritisation of work to meetthe vision and goals.

Inaddition, you’llbe:

• Developing adecisioning strategy and plan, aligned to stakeholder objectives,to drive business performance and make improvements to the overallcustomer experience
• Working collaborativelywith stakeholders to understand strategies and deliver an overalldecisioning capability that supports this, while continuouslyimproving and optimising their effectiveness utilising an Agilemethodology
• Advocating our decisioningcapability, for the development and delivery of great customerexperiences, and supporting future use cases forcapabilities
• Understanding and using complexdata sources, turning these into meaningful and actionableinformation, enabling next best action proposition development andquantifying the business impact
• Coaching anddeveloping less experienced colleagues and delivering throughothers as necessary with a range of analyticaltools

You’ll need to beeducated to degree level in a numerate discipline or haveequivalent, practical experience in an analysis related field.You’ll also need extensive hands on experience with PegaDecisioning engine, including using Customer Decisioning Hub todeliver into a range of customer facing channels,, and you’ll havean understanding of the Adobe Web Analyticstoolset.

You’ll alsodemonstrate:

• Goodunderstanding of analytical or database querying software such asSQL, SAS and Python, data visualisation software, big dataenvironments and cloud environments
• A track record of influencingchange through the use of innovative ideas and effectivestakeholder management across abusiness
• Experience of coaching and developingless experienced colleagues
• Experience ofdelivering throughothers
• Experience of managingrisks
