We are looking for an experience Bartender to join our team at The Coal shed.

The Coal Shed London celebrates coal-roasted rare breed heritage meat and South Coast seafood, inspired by Founder Raz Helalat's Persian roots by cooking over fire.

Located moments away from Tower Bridge, the restaurant offers a seasonal a la carte menu, daily specials, sharing fish and meat dishes, and an award-winning Sunday sharing roast.

Occupying two floors, The Coal Shed London is a modern open-plan grill restaurant with a private dining room and cocktail bar..

As a Bartender, you will passionate, driven, and enthusiastic about working in an environment that has a neighbourhood feel with atmosphere that feels like an extension of you family, delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be working as part of a diverse, inclusive and supportive team means you will look after our guest, delivering drinks to the highest standards

Our Bartender will be:

A self-motivated natural team player that thrives under pressure.
A genuine passion for creating the finest drinks.
Creative and able to, prepare drinks to the highest standards.
Experience in a high volume restaurant.
A genuine passion for delivering and exceptional guest experience.
Enthusiastic and confident figure who is able to motivate and inspire the team in a busy environment.
Maintain a professional manner while under pressure.
Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
Are eligible to work full-time in the UK.
