Role Overview:Join our team as a Sous Chef and become an integral part of delivering exceptional culinary experiences. You'll ensure our customers receive top-notch service while maintaining high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:Provide friendly and professional food service to customers.Ensure food preparation adheres to regulations and maintain a clean working environment.Manage kitchen staff, ensuring daily targets are met.Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards.Manage rosters, stock, and financial aspects of the kitchen.Motivate the team through effective communication and support.Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service.Uphold health and safety standards at all times.Who You Are:Excellent communicator, able to engage with customers and team members.Self-motivated and capable of working independently.Committed to providing outstanding customer care.Enthusiastic about working in a food service environment.High standards of personal hygiene and professionalism.Flexible and adaptable to business needs.Skilled in culinary arts with relevant experience.Holds Basic Food Hygiene/Level 2 certification.NVQ Level 2 in professional cookery or equivalent.Proficient in financial management within a kitchen environment.If you're passionate about culinary excellence, possess a creative flair, and seek a role offering work-life balance and career growth opportunities, we want to hear from you Join us and be part of a team dedicated to delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
