Join us aRepair Technician at our Customer Repair Centre in Newark andyou'll be responsible for repairing laptops, notebooks andtelevisions across a range of manufacturers andfaults. 

 

You'll geta buzz out of providing a high-quality service to all our customersthrough a strong standard of repair at one of the leading repaircentres In Europe

Roleoverview:

 

Aspart of this role, you’ll be responsiblefor: 
 

  • Repairingcustomer laptops/notebooks/televisions to manufacturersguidelines
  • Adhering to targets set by thedepartment
  • Working together with the wider teamto exceed customerexpectations

 
You willneed:
 

  • Basic knowledgeof common software and hardware
  • Previouselectronic experience orunderstanding
  • Experience in a customer focussedenvironment
  • Ability to speak to customers byphone
