Head of Marketing and Events. 
£61,000 - £69,000, London Based, 2 days in the office a week. 

The Talent Set are excited to be working with a prestigious health membership organisation who are looking for a Head of Marketing and Events.  

As the Head of Marketing and Events you will lead on the marketing strategy with an analytical, targeted approach to improve membership retention and acquisition. 

Key responsibilities:

•    You will play an integral role in creating and implementing marketing strategies working in a cross-functional, collaborative way. 

•    Lead on all events activity which includes the strategy and delivery of annual flag ship events and ad-hoc events. 

•    Ensure the organisations' branding is congruent and consistent across all channels with the wider business objectives. 

•    Using an analytical approach, you will advise and guide the senior leadership team on the best way to move forwards. 

To do this the right candidate will have:

•    Previous experience in a membership or trade association as a Head of Marketing and Events. 

•    Looked after a small team leading on the strategy and execution across multiple channels to increase membership retention and acquisition. 

•    Ran successfully ran large events with a track record of showcasing the commercial return.
