We are currently looking for a passionate Events Casual Wine Waiter to join our Events department on a casual basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.

As a Events Casual Wine Waiter your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  • Provide knowledgeable and professional wine service at events, including banquets, weddings, and corporate functions.
  • Serve wine efficiently and elegantly, following the correct pouring techniques.
  • Ensure guests' glasses are replenished as needed while being attentive but not intrusive.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of wine service areas.
  • Work closely with the Events team, Bartenders, and Sommeliers to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Follow all licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist with post-event clean-up and resetting for future events.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
