The Role

As a Senior Associate in the Commercial Real Estate team, you’ll handle a high-value tenant-based caseload, working with major retail clients including well-known high street names. Your work will involve large-scale retail and restaurant leasing within prominent shopping centres, delivering sophisticated, fast-paced legal solutions akin to a City firm—without the City hours.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on complex commercial property transactions, primarily tenant focused.
  • Advise high-profile retail and hospitality clients on lease negotiations and property strategy.
  • Manage demanding caseloads and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a commercial approach.
  • Work closely with the firm’s partners and key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
