As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will ensure the smooth operational running of the F&B outlets to deliver an excellent and memorable experience for our guests.

You will work closely with Food & Beverage Manager, leading and evolving the F&B operations at the hotel, driving revenue, ensuring that brand standards are met, and guests' expectations are exceeded.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
