Following internal promotions, we're looking for 2 skilled administrators to join our Publican Lettings team.

Our Agreement Coordinators are a vital part of the Lettings process for Stonegate, ensuring that the the administration of the legal agreement and assignment process for our Publicans and Tenants is seamless. The Agreement Coordinators make sure that the customer journey for new and existing publicans is smooth, ensuring full compliance to the Pubs Code and driving tenure targets. 

As an Agreement Coordinator, key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a first-class administration service to new and existing publicans.
  • Accurate administration of the new tenancy agreement process.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policy and the Pubs Code.
  • Updating financial system to maintain customer details, rent schedules and agreement information within agreed timescales.
  • Instruct and liaise with solicitors, Regional Managers and publicans to progress through to completion.
  • Work closely with the division to ensure short terms agreements are converted to substantive tenancies, as per divisional target, producing accurate tenancy change monitors weekly for internal and external use.

Your experience will need to include:

  • Evidence of administration experience and accurate working.
  • Experience of maintaining office and administrative systems and of devising new systems, or improvements to existing ones.
  • Demonstration of your attention to detail and the ability to manage the production of documents critical to the business.
  • The ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Experience of timely and accurate updating and maintenance of company databases.
  • Ability to communicate information effectively to a wide range of internal/external contacts.
  • Good competency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Being a calm, well organised person and a self-starter.
