Night Leisure Cleaner

Whether it's sprucing up the studios, keeping the gym floor looking on form or perfecting the poolside, you'll just love to stay on top of your game.
You recognise that our members have a certain standard when it comes to their fitness experience. So you'll be hell-bent on making it one that keeps the smiles coming. Expect a varied night shift that includes cleanliness, hygiene, refining our awesome guest experience and taking care of the pool area, such as responding to poolside alarms.
The Role
Cleaning and health & safety checks throughout the club
Full security checks throughout the night, ensuring the security of the club and the safety of our members.
You must have full and up to date knowledge of the NOP & EAP
Use your training and full knowledge of the leisure night audit procedures and carry these out to the Company standard.
Develop a detailed knowledge of the security and emergency procedures and carry these out to the Company standard.
Maintain operational standards to the highest possible level in respect of service, hygiene, health and safety and ensure that there is minimal wastage.
Assist the Hotel Night Team should they require assistance.
Attend fire training every 3 months to comply with legislation, and any other required H&S training.
Demonstrate full knowledge of the hotel's facilities and be able to convey relevant information.
Deal with complaints politely and positively making every effort to resolve there and then. If unable to resolve, pass all information to Night Manager/Leisure Club Manager.
