This business has seen outstanding growth over recent years and as a result, they are expanding their digital team. They are looking for an experienced Technical eCommerce Manager to be responsible for the digital platforms, including the planning and delivery of the web and app improvement projects.


About the role

  • Lead digital innovation initiatives and manage the website development pipeline in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve internal tickets, taking the lead on UAT, working alongside internal teams and external suppliers as needed.
  • Oversee the CMS for both the website and app, managing content uploads and optimisation as required.
  • Identify and enhance the current digital platforms while exploring new opportunities.
  • Own the conversion funnel, consistently testing strategies to improve commercial outcomes, analysing and reporting on performance.
  • Provide reporting and insights on all digital platform performance.


About you

  • Solid understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience managing multiple digital platforms and integrations with backend systems.
  • Hands-on experience managing web development projects to optimise the customer journey and experience.
  • Proficient in data extraction and the use of reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence upwards.
