We are looking for a Digitalisation Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team in Sutton, London on a 12-month contract.
The position of Digitalisation & Group Learning & Development Coordinator will report to the Group Learning Content Lead to support our Digitalisation Learning Programme.
The focus of this role is to support our digitalisation learning programme, working within the group learning and development team. As part of the group L&D team, you will also support other group learning and development activities.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Digitalisation
- Coordinate the delivery of the digitalisation training plan:
- Work with the trainers and SME's to organise and agree training delivery dates for webinar and in-person training delivery.
- Create events and sessions in the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) to support Digitalisation initiative training roll out.
- Coordinate attendance lists.
- Manage and distribute reporting as required.
- Manage and distribute delegate feedback as required.
- Work with system super admins to resolve technical difficulties across systems.
- Provide user access to specific systems once delegates have completed the required learning.
- Coordinate programme events, as assigned.
- Play an active part in the team that addresses centre of expertise learning queries.
- Support the development of multimedia content to support both the delivery and promotion of learning.
- Support in developing eLearning modules and uploading SCORM packages onto the Learning Management System (LMS), as part ongoing career development

- Demonstrable experience utilising a LMS With experience utilising SuccessFactors being highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a Learning and Development function that delivers blended learning solutions.
- A passion for data and reporting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Applications, particularly in PowerPoint and SharePoint would be desirable
- Experience in using industry standard eLearning development tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline is desirable.
- Enhanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team to deliver objectives and manage the competing demands of the business.
