An exceptional opportunity presents itself for a Barback to join the Raffles London at the OWO.
Reporting into Bar Manager and Head Bartender, you will be responsible for ensuring the bar is always cleaned, fully stocked tough out the service and after, and support the bartender refiling the bar. And the breakages records are kept always updated. Polishing cutlery and supporting the floor team with daily duties.
Specifically, as the Barback, your responsibility's will include:
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues.

- Additional responsibilities in absence of line manager or senior employee.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned including working in a different department or restaurant, than usually assigned.
