Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum dependent onexperience (notpro-rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent;Term Time only

Purpose of the Job
As a dynamic and motivated qualified Teacher, you alreadyhave a passion for making a difference in the lives of pupils andyoung people. In this role, you will have every opportunity to liveup to this ambition, responding to the needs of each individual asyou help them flourish and thrive.
You will planand deliver engaging learning on a daily basis, developing excitingand innovative methods that stimulate interest and excitement inthe classroom. Working as a Teacher with us is not your averageteaching role. Our class sizes are small, so you are able to createa nurturing learning environment designed around each individual’sneeds, spending quality time with each pupil. You will observe,monitor and assess them, making sure their personal development andwellbeing are as important as the academic curriculum.
- Participate in Safeguarding and Team Teachtraining and always be vigilant of the pupils’ well-being andwelfare in any interactions with pupils
- Responsibility for teaching Geography
- Inspire, motivate and challenge pupils in the delivery ofthe curriculum across the year groups
- Take responsibility and be accountable for the academicoutcomes of pupils taught
- Contribute tothe pastoral care of pupils and support their spiritual, moral,social and cultural development
