Instead of working in one department, we’relooking for new Team Members to work across different teams onresort to support our guests and provide them with a fantasticexperience during their stay withButlin’s.

AboutYou
We’re looking for high spiritedand fun-loving multi-taskers who love learning new things andworking with a like-minded group ofpeople.

Previous experience is not necessary aswe will give you all the training you need. We are much moreinterested in your attitude, mindset and a passion for making adifference to our guests.

As a Team Member + 2,you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning our accommodation aswell as working in our bars and late night venues on our BigWeekender breaks. You will then work in one other area for anyremaining hours.

Noexperience? No problem We will provide you with all the supportand training you need to ensure you develop the skills to workconfidently in all areas relevant to your role.

No day will ever be the same and you willenjoy the variety of working with lots of different team membersand guests.
