Our award-winning BABA restaurant sitting proudly on the iconic George Street in Edinburgh within the Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel brings flavours inspired by the Levant. The menu consists of mezze, charcoal grills and unique cocktails - made for sharing and bringing people together Our restaurant is popular both with Edinburgh locals and those from far-and-wide visiting Edinburgh alike, we serve anywhere from 250 to 450 covers per day. Hosting an open kitchen, our customers can have an authentic experience with a personalised service.

  • Hunger for success in the form of a high standard service, you will pay close attention to detail and have experience dealing with service recoveries
