You will workon behalf of Tropicana Brands Group, a market-leading beveragesbusiness. You will be responsible for increasing brand visibilityand sales within the convenience and independentsectors.
£28,000 per annum, 15% OTE bonus, Fuelcard and Company van.
Ideal location: Basildon, United Kingdom,SS16
Territory covering: Chelmsford, Romford,Southend on Sea and surroundingareas.
What will you bedoing?
As a Sales Executive, you will be workingto increase the sales of Tropicana Brands Group products inconvenience and independent stores while workingalongside our Wholesale Channel to increase the visibility ofproducts in your local depots. You’ll also ensure that all stock is on brand andcorrectly displayed.
You will work acrosschannels using a blended strategy, combining face-to-face, virtual,and digital interactions. Through your extensive market knowledgeand customer interaction, you will be responsible for deliveringsales, share growth and raising the in-store profile for TropicanaBrands Group.
As a Field Sales Executive, youwill:
- Visit stores in your area to promote and sell aselection of Tropicana Brands Group products and increasevisibility
- Besupported by our online digital app *shopt, which will support yourblended approach and help you successfully engage with yourcustomer base
- Increase distribution for a range of SKUs in chillersand promotional space, ensuring all sales data is reported throughour CRM system
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers,enabling you to influence them to maximise every sales opportunityand products are prominentlypositioned#
- Achievedaily sales and distribution targets utilising POS and marketingtools provided
- Receive first-class training on products, salestechniques and in-house systems
What are we lookingfor:
- Previous retail or sales experience is desirable. Wewould also love to hear from you if you have the right attitude tosucceed in a field sales role.
- Youhave a full UK driving licence and are happy to drive a caddy-sizedvan.
- Youlove influencing people and enjoy making a success out of everyday, with the ability to motivate yourself to achieve targets andearn money based on your outputs.
