Diesel Field Service Engineers

WB Power Services is currently recruiting Diesel Field Service Engineers. This is a superb opportunity for Diesel Field Service Engineers to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The Role

Performing both planned and reactive service and maintenance of generators.

Using a works van to travel to sites in your territory.

Conducting fault diagnosis and carrying out breakdown repairs.

Collaborating with Coordinators at our head office for efficient planning.

Troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

Participating in the regional on-call rotation (approximately 1 in 6 on average).

Adhering to the company's H&S, environmental, and quality management systems.

Accurate recording keeping using the companys bespoke management system.

Working closely internally, to ensure jobs are within budget and on time.

The Person

Time served as Mechanical/Electrical engineer or qualified to NVQ level 3.

Experience in generators is highly advantageous but not essential.

Familiar with electronics & mechanical components (including engines and Alternators).

Be able to understand and complete risk assessments.

Any experience in a mobile engineering position is attractive.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable with communicating via telephone and face-to-face.

The capability to deal with a variety of customers from different industries.

What we can offer you

Overtime pay after 40 hours, with an estimated OTE of £55k to £65k.
