Sales Team Leader - Ross-on-Wye

Since 1957, we've enriched the lives of millions of young people by delivering inspirational learning through outdoor adventure. We are searching for an incredible SALES TEAM LEADER to join our buzzing education sales team in ROSS-ON-WYE. 

THE ROLE 

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for inspiring, coaching and leading a team of Sales colleagues to success Selling a range of enriching School residential adventures, you'll achieve regional sales targets with your energised and high-performing team. 

Working with the Sales Manager, you'll set achievable KPIs and targets, planning and prioritising your team's workloads, and tracking performance to identify development areas and training opportunities within your team. You'll provide hands-on support to your team, being available to assist with queries and referrals as needed.  

As a master motivator, you'll be committed to developing an engaged and high performing team, providing coaching and mentoring, modelling our values and positive customer-orientated behaviour. You'll take time to celebrate success, have regular 1:1s with your colleagues and develop a culture of positivity, openness and respect. 

We never want to stop getting better You'll be on the lookout for ways to improve our processes, and share your ideas to make the way we work 'better, faster, and simpler'.  

IS THIS YOU? 

  • Experience working in a sales environment towards set targets
  •  Amazing customer service skills, able to listen, understand and effectively provide solutions 
  •  Able to prioritise workloads and multi-task in a busy environment 
  •  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  •  Experience working with schools, groups or within the travel industry
