Urban Reef is a contemporary Bournemouth seaside bar and restaurant located next to the beach on Boscombe Promenade. It is a stylish two-storey venue comprising a bar, caf , deli and restaurant and boasts stunning panoramic views of Bournemouth Bay from the Isle of Wight to the Purbecks and beyond.

At Shepherd Neame we know that first impressions count, so you will play an important part in our business ensuring that you acknowledge our customers with a warm welcome and deliver great service to them at every opportunity.

If you haven't got any previous hospitality experience please do not worry, so long as that you are over 18 years old and you possess some of the qualities outlined below, we can train you and teach you everything else that you will need to know.

Britain's oldest brewer, Shepherd Neame, has been based in the market town of Faversham, Kent for over 300 years. An independent family business, we boast an award-winning visitor centre and more than 300 pubs and hotels throughout London and the South East, from the historic heart of the City to the Kent coastline. We employ around 1,500 team members across our pub estate and more than 270 at our Brewery and Support Office.
