Job Description

Are you passionate about maintaining high standards, solving problems, and leading a dedicated team? Join us as our Maintenance Manager, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our property operates smoothly and exceeds guest expectations every day.

Your Role:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all hotel systems, equipment, and structures.
  • Plan and implement short and long-term maintenance schedules.
  • Manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and supervise external contractors.
  • Prioritise and resolve guest room maintenance issues promptly.
  • Train and support your team, conducting regular appraisals and setting clear goals.

  • Proven experience in maintenance or facilities management, with leadership skills.
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance, and best practices.
  • A hands-on, solution-focused approach to challenges.
