A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Engineering professional to join the Product Assurance Equipment Engineering team supporting a variety of Electronic Equipment’s in Development.This opportunity provides the chance to play a pivotal role within an established PA team embedded within Electronic Engineering with the aim of ensuring all core PA EE activities are met and closely working with Major project Product Assurance Managers across the business, preventing/minimising product non-conformance, supporting smooth Equipment delivery, assuring reliable products and increasing Customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: * Review, contribute to, and maintain Equipment Quality planning documentation. * Ensure compliance with Electronic Engineering BMS procedures. * Plan, conduct, and manage actions from Product Life Cycle reviews. * Manage Product Non-Conformance processes, including facilitation, defect investigation support, and reporting to senior management. * Identify, communicate, and mitigate Quality risks for in-house equipment to reduce risks and improve customer satisfaction. * Participate in engineering process improvements and facilitate local flash audits, offering compliance and improvement suggestions. * Plan and deliver quality-focused micro-training to enhance quality awareness and competency within the engineering team.The successful candidate will have: * A minimum of HNC/HND in Engineering or Quality Assurance, or extensive relevant experience in a similar role. * Proven experience as a quality professional, preferably within Electronic Engineering, with a strong track record in Quality Assurance. * Expertise in current QA problem-solving and improvement methodologies such as 8D, RCA, and DMAIC. * A solid understanding of the product lifecycle, particularly during the development phase. * Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel, SAP QM systems, and document management tools. * Awareness of continuous improvement practices and the ability to take initiative to implement improvements.If this role looks like your next challenge, please contact Keelan ASAP or apply via this advertWe endeavour to reply to every candidate, every time but if you haven’t heard back within 10 days, please understand that you have unfortunately been unsuccessful for this position, or the position has been filled.
