Responsibilities for Barista:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of Starbucks products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner
  • Preparing hot and cold drinks for customers
  • Serving customers at the till and taking payments
  • Maintain all unit displays in accordance with company standards
  • Consistently meet shift/daily average spending, waste, and portion control targets
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas
