And what qualifications, skills and experience do I need? You must have relevant early years childcare qualifications at either level 2 or 3 and be a self-motivated team player with great interpersonal skills. Our Crèche Supervisors need to be excellent with children and be a committed childcare professional. You will demonstrate how you'll strive to improve the way we do things, as well as work well with your team, to deliver shared goals.
