Hours: Full Time,Permanent 

 

What will you be responsiblefor?

As a Senior Site Manager,you'll be working within the Site Team, you will beresponsible for supporting to deliver multi-million poundschemes. 

Your day to day willinclude:

  • Under the direction of theproject manager, manage and direct sub contractor partners todeliver work packages such as earthworks and RCstructures. 
  • Check work carried out bysub-contractors to assess delivery in line with programme, designdrawings and quality standards. 
  • ReviewRisk Assessments and Method Statements from sub contractors toensure working methods outlined are safe andappropriate.
  • Carry out toolbox talks and siteinductions to ensure full compliance with Kierstandards.
  • Co-ordinate site logistics,movement of plant & labour too, from and around siteensuring safety is maintained in doing so. 

 

Whatare we looking for?

This role ofSenior Site Manager is great for you if you have:

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Relevant Construction Qualification (HND/ Degree /SVQ) or Technical Trade 
  • SMSTS 5 DayCert 
  • CSCS Card 
  • First Aid
