As a Team Secretary some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Typing of general correspondence
  • Finalising and printing of engagement letters
  • Assist with billing tasks
  • General administration duties including efiling shredding and photocopying documents
  • New client set up procedures/Anti money laundering
  • Answering calls quickly and politely passing callers to the appropriate person
  • Taking accurate messages when necessary
  • supporting partners with timesheet completion
  • Process expense claims
  • Room travel restaurant & other bookings
  • Processing of invoices through NetSuite
  • Prepping conflict checks doing Land Registry and Companies House searches
  • Compiling new wins and similar reports
  • Team support with Word PowerPoint and pdf editing
  • Prepping documents for esigning by partners & directors
  • Diary management
  • Compiling weekly capacity schedule
  • Incoming post
  • New joiner support
  • Assist with statutory mailouts
  • Cover for Partners PA
  • Adhoc admin support for the team

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a pressurised environment with the ability to prioritise work
