Position Overview
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the fee earners in their day-to-day work by providing support and handling a range of legal tasks, ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout the conveyancing process.

Responsibilities

  • Draft legal documentation and correspondence under supervision
  • Prepare SDLT and Land Registry forms accurately
  • Liaise directly with clients to provide updates and gather information
  • Record time and assist fee earners with administrative tasks
  • Provide typing support to the conveyancing department

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a paralegal within residential conveyancing
  • Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of electronic legal forms and software
  • Previous experience in residential property compliance (desirable)
