We are currently looking for exceptional candidate to join us in the role of Reception Supervisor at the Hilton Aberdeen TECA.  Reporting into the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service to all hotel guests. Ensuring that all brand standards are adhered to and that excellent standards of customer service are delivered. Your role will include reception duties and dealing with all guest requests. The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.

The main responsibility of the position is to look after the team,security of the hotel and guests along with administrative duties. These include, checking in guests and checking out. Dealing with any questions and general inquires. ONQPM knowledge is desirable but not required.
