Facilities Plumber Shift Manager

As thePlumber Shift Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring we complywith all aspects of current regulatory and legislationrequirements. To do so, you will coordinate routine technicalinspections, maintenance and requires to all aspects of plumbingand wet heating on resort. You will oversee all administrativeduties relating to your role, as well as controlling and purchasingof stock and equipment. As the Shift Manager of this area, you willtake the lead with team development, ensuring everyone is workingwith efficiency andexcellence.
KeyResponsibilities
- Takesownership of shift and service delivery ensure consistent deliveryof a quality Butlins experience in line with brand/venueguidelines.
- Confidently deals with guestconcerns with the ability to resolve problems.
- Monitor delivery of service level agreements and beproactive in arranging appropriate resource/support to ensure theguest experience is not impacted.
- Demonstrates and role models that you are committed todelivering a superior guest experience in everything that you docover Facilities Leadership cover as required.
- Liaise with external contractors and plan in work inorder to reduce impact on team and guests.
- Responsible for the sprinkler checks and servicing of allrelated equipment.
Skills,Knowledge &Expertise
Essential:
- Fully qualified Plumber
- Demonstrable Leadership experience in managing ateam
- Good understanding of heating management with formalqualification
- A formal H&Squalification
- Facilities Managementqualification (ILM or BIFM)
