Overview of therole:
We are seeking anexperienced Product Owner to lead the development and ownership ofa comprehensive product roadmap for our global ERP solution. Thisrole will initially focus on Financial Accounting and willprogressively extend to encompass Operations, Distribution,Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, and other business functions.The ideal candidate will leverage Microsoft Business Central ERP todrive innovation and efficiency across ourorganization.
Working with our business leadersand IT partners to form a product roadmap based on data drivendecision making along with impacts and benefits to evolve the groupERP as our business grows and matures. Working closely withstakeholders to run product meetings and create a demand pipelinefor developers that fulfils the business ambitions, and introducesthe business to new ERPopportunities.
KeyAccountabilities:
- Develop andmaintain a detailed product roadmap for the ERP solution, ensuringalignment with business goals and stakeholderneeds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams,including finance, operations, distribution, manufacturing,logistics, and planning, to gather requirements and prioritizefeatures.
- Lead the implementation of FinancialAccounting modules, followed by the phased rollout of additionalmodules across various business functions.
-Utilise Microsoft Business Central ERP to optimize processes,enhance data integration, and improve overall systemperformance.
- Conduct market research and stayupdated on industry trends to identify opportunities for productenhancements and new features.
- Communicateproduct vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at alllevels of the organization.
- Manage the productbacklog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined, prioritized,and ready for development.
- Facilitate agileceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives,to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of productincrements.
- Monitor and analyse productperformance metrics, making data-driven decisions to drivecontinuous improvement.
What you’llneed:
- Bachelor's degree in Business,Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or relevantcertification is a plus.
- Proven experience as aProduct Owner or similar role, with a focus on ERPsolutions.
- Strong understanding of FinancialAccounting principles and practices.
- Experiencewith Microsoft Business Central ERP or similarsystems.
- Excellent communication,collaboration, and stakeholder managementskills.
- Ability to think strategically andtranslate business needs into actionable productfeatures.
- Proficiency in agile methodologiesand tools.
- Strong analytical andproblem-solving abilities.
