We are currently hiring for a reputable law firm in Northamptonshire with a strong focus on criminal law. As a Criminal Solicitor, you will be an integral part of our team, handling various criminal cases and providing expert legal advice to our clients. Responsibilities:

  • clients in criminal cases, including hearings, trials, and appeals.
  • legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
  • legal research and preparing legal documents, such as briefs, motions, and pleadings.
  • with prosecutors and other parties to reach favourable outcomes for clients.
  • and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other legal professionals.
  • compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • qualified solicitor with experience in criminal law.
  • advocacy skills and the ability to represent clients effectively in court.
  • communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.


Education and Experience:

  • Solicitor with experience in criminal law.
  • experience handling criminal cases, including trials and hearings.
  • with relevant legal procedures and regulations.
  • in legal research and drafting legal documents.
  • in relevant professional associations or societies is a plus.
