We are looking for an experienced FleetCompliance Manager with a passion for leadership who can supportthe Transport Manager, leading our driver colleagues along with ateam of administrators. In this new role you will be responsiblefor all aspects of motor transport and temperaturecompliance.

To join us in this role, you need tobe keen and willing to take accountability of our fleet andworkforce. You’ll need to have your CPC operator’s License and havea strong understanding of transport compliance – re-enforcing theimportance of getting the job done in a safe and timelymanner.

This is a varied role where you will benot only be ensuring all costs are in line with the budgetaryrequirements but also acting as the lead person in creating thecorrect environment for our colleagues. Leading by example you’llset and maintaining standards in service, health, safety, andcompliance.
