Food and Beverage Executive - Central London

The Langham, London; Europe’s first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated property, is currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Executive to join our talented Food and Beverage Admin Team. We’re an equal opportunities employer, and we welcome and value applications from all communities.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of Food and Beverage Executive, your key focus will be to:

  • ensure all administration related to the F&B office is carried out effectively
  • support the Director and Assistant Director of F&B and all outlet managers on a daily basis
  • lead quality in the F&B division, producing reports from Medallia, Trip Advisor and other guest feedback channels to see outlet trends and defect areas.
  • support the Director and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage with financial reports and analysis of revenues to enable the division to make smart and informed decision about the business such as menu engineering, cover comparisons and revenues by hour per department.
  • respond to all guest compliments/comments/complaints in a timely fashion
  • establish and maintain a personnel management system within the F&B department including induction, training, etc.
  • champion the food safety training for food and beverage colleagues


Do you have? -

  • similar experience in a luxury 5* hotel
  • excellent knowledge of MS Office, Opera and Micros
  • the ability to work under pressure
  • good organisation, the ability to think logically and work independently
  • the ability adapt swiftly and seamlessly to situations that arise
  • excellent command in written and spoken English
  • knowledge of InDesign and Open Table would be advantageous
