Job Description

Are you an ambitious and passionate chef looking to take the next step in your culinary career? Hotel Football is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team and contribute to delivering high-quality dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with Hotel Football's standards.
  • Ensure food is consistently presented to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop menus and innovative dishes.
  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen and assist in the smooth operation of service.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in accordance with HACCP regulations.
  • Assist with stock management and waste reduction.
  • Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative kitchen environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Passion for food with a creative approach to dish development.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
