What will you be doing?

As a Senior Product Analyst you will be responsible for helping oversee seamless support to our commercial insurance clients via our engineering and product teams.

You will work closely with clients on understanding and interpreting their data, with teams of software engineers to support troubleshooting and solution design, whilst supporting stakeholders from across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support our Product Delivery and Client Success teams by helping our clients transform and ingest their complex insurance data onto both our core and emerging AI platforms.
  • Support Product Analyst team with triaging and allocating their tickets and quality assuring their outputs
  • Work closely with a diverse range of clients including multinational insurance buyers, brokers, and insurers, understanding their data through data analysis, and working with them to resolve challenges.
  • Helping test and validate client data on our browser-based SaaS platforms to ensure accuracy and quality is always maintained.
  • Identify and action process improvements which would help improve efficiency and improve service levels across the full insurance value chain.
  • Work with Product teams to identify, resolve, and test platform bugs and defects.
  • Read and interpret insurance data from multiple file formats and translate into inputs which can be digitised on the platform.
  • Use multiple proprietary and third-party tooling suites to manage client data.

What skills and experience will I need to bring with me?

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills for the role, although more importantly if you don't quite have all the skills, you have a passion and willingness for learning. Here's what the teams will be looking for:

  • Experience in complex insurance data e.g. slip data interpretation, catastrophe modelling, exposure management
  • Experience in data quality control
  • An analytical mindset, with good experience of Excel
  • Strong curiosity, to help analyse and resolve complex problems
  • A willingness to learn, adopt and drive improvements to new tools
  • An ability to work in a self-directed manner, prioritising multiple work items to ensure timely delivery against client and internal deadlines
  • Effective communication skills to interact with multiple internal stakeholders as well as a diverse range of clients
