For the first 6 months, you will work as an Assistant Property Manager, gaining invaluable experience in property management. After this initial period, youll transition into the Customer Experience Advisor role, where you'll focus on elevating the experience of our residents and providing exceptional service.

Position: Assistant Property Manager (Transitioning to Customer Experience Advisor after 6 months)

Location: Office-Based - 56 Duke of Wellington Avenue, Royal Arsenal, London, SE18 6SS

Working Hours: Monday Friday, 37.5 hours per week (Shifts on a rotational basis between 8am 8pm, including 1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off during the week)

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent with excellent career growth opportunities

What You'll Do:

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will:

  • Assist with the day-to-day management of residential properties.
  • Respond to queries from residents and contractors, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Support the Property Manager in handling administrative tasks, maintenance requests, and property inspections.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with residents, ensuring any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Gain hands-on experience in property management systems and processes.

After 6 months, as a Customer Experience Advisor, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain clear, empathetic communication, ensuring customers always feel heard and supported.
  • Think creatively to solve customer problems and prevent potential issues from escalating.
  • Collaborate with team members, ensuring a seamless service experience for our customers.
  • Stay up to date on Rendall & Rittners services, using feedback to improve and enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions, continuously learning and evolving your skills to better serve our customers.
  • Show strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate clear solutions.
