Overseeing the development and implementation of our brand strategy and initiatives whilst managing and maintaining the standards set is pivotal for the smooth running of our guest satisfaction and business incentives.

Within this role you will be multi-operational across various outlets ensuring a multi-operational and organised approach is fundamental.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring costs and profitability are monitored and maintained at all times
  • Effective cash handling and accounting procedures
  • Recruiting and building a strong core team.
  • Identifying Training needs of department and individuals
  • Conducting performance reviews and assessing employee performance
  • Motivation is maintained through recognition, reward, training and development.

  • Taking on additional support of senior management team where necessary. ?

Skills & Experience

  • Food Hygiene/Health & Safety Certificate
  • High service quality standards driven and a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Full understanding of financial aspects of an F&B operation
  • Fluent working with Micros/Fidelio
  • Alcohol license holder
  • Experience in working with a brand standard restriction.
  • Knowledge and understanding of P&L
