What will you be responsiblefor?

As a Design Manager within theKier M&E business you will be accountablefor:

  • Supporting profitable tender generation and submission,enhancing order pipeline and conversion to market share, revenue,and profit.
  • Providing MEP design solutionsthat exceed customer requirements, identify/manage risks, and seekvalue engineering opportunities to maximise grossprofit.
  • Implementing Kier Group policies (SHE,risk management, solution design) and promote the company's valuesto align with customer expectations.
  • Oversee design activities, collaborate with projectmanagement and construction teams, and support a workplace culturefocused on employee wellbeing and career development.

 

What are we lookingfor?

This role of Design Manager would you suit you if youhave:

  • Design Management experiencewithin a Contracting environment.
  • Exposure to managing MEPDesign.
  • Exposure to a range of contract types, JCT, NECetc.
  • The ability towork as part of a collaborative team across a range ofprojects.
