Mode Search is currently partnered with a growing British fashion brand in their search for an Ecommerce Trading Manager. It is a great time to join the team as the brand is expanding globally with already a strong following. Offering hybrid work with Friday from home, the role is based from their fantastic new office near London Bridge.

The role will manage the company's e-commerce platform ( Shopify) and be responsible for updating content according to the trading calendar and events, implementing UX best practices and reporting on overall KPIs . Partnering with the content and digital manager, the role will drive brand exposure and new customer acquisition.

The role:

  • Creating in-depth monthly reports including KPI's and sharing with management team
  • Decide potential trading decisions using evidence-driven analytics
  • Create the promotional plan across all markets and ensure a successful delivery that will create revenue growth
  • In charge of optimising the customer journey by using analytical data, making sure it is in line with the company standards
  • Work alongside and manage 3rd party Paid Search & Paid Social agencies
  • Grow email database and build brand awareness and CRM strategy
  • Choose product selections for email campaigns and brand collaborations
  • Partner with the Operations manager to create synergy on stock levels, collection drops and events

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in the fashion industry
  • A strong expertise in managing an eCommerce platform- particularly using Shopify
  • A proven track record of external agency management, this will include Web Developers, Affiliates and PPC
  • A knowledge of paid-for search marketing tools including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram etc
  • An understanding of Google Analytics
  • Experience working with payment gateways such as Stripe, Paypal, Klarna / Afterpay
