Mission

The Completions (CPL) Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable product service and delivery to Customers. The CPL Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • These responsibilities are activities that correspond to the metro stops and key processes.
  • Running and pulling various completions applications
  • General knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and drilling/work over rig operations.
  • General knowledge of Coil Tubing, Slick Line and Wireline operations.
  • Providing daily morning report and attend morning meeting with the customer
  • Preparing and cross-checking Run-in Hole Tally and Completing Field Pre-job Checklist including any special requirements as per project.
  • Following procedures for quality control and providing suggestions for improvement
  • Ensuring equipment is strapped and prepared for backload to base in safe manner.
  • Ensuring all post job paperwork is prepared, signed and provided to representative in office.
  • Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
  • Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
  • Maintain the required safety and technical training.
  • Supporting job preparation in the base when required

Additional Responsibilities

  • Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Responsible for service delivery execution.
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
  • Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
  • Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
  • Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
  • Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
  • Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
  • Maintain the required safety training.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum qualification HNC in mechanical/electrical subject
  • Previous experience in a mechanical or electrical role
  • Be able to work and communicate well in a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Have experience in running and troubleshooting completions in the field
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and confidently.
  • Be able to choose and initiate action.
  • Be passionate about learning and research.
  • Be eager to deliver results and meet demands.
  • Remain positive during pressures, setbacks, and fast-paced environments.
