We are looking for a front of house supervisor to join the family. This role encompasses delivering amazing bar and waiting hospitality to our customers and supporting our management team in leading a shift.

As well as the Team Leader duties, we are looking for someone who can specialise in Marketing and Social Media to help grow our business.
Someone who is:
  • Confident in creating original digital content, both Video and Photo
  • Excellent written communication for captions and website updates
  • Experience in hosting/running events
  • Highly organised
  • A passion for customer service
  • Ability to drive sales through customer interactions and social media posts
  • Enthusiastic about the Hospitality industry

Named in honour of Butcombe founder Simon Whitmore, the Whitmore Tap is Butcombe Brewery's new Bristol taproom, offering the full range of Butcombe cask, keg and bottled beer and cider, with delicious food served across two floors from our Robata charcoal grill and open kitchen.

Located in the heart of Bristol's Whiteladies Road, our street level bar offers exciting bar snacks, small plates, sharing boards and yakitori skewers, while the upstairs dining room champions British produce, local ingredients and big seasonal flavours. All designed to complement and celebrate our very own brews
