The purpose of this role is to provide strategicplanning and direction for all Paid social clients, oversee allimplementation and to grow revenue and capability in the PaidSocial team. Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking adynamic and experienced Global Paid Social Partner to lead theoverall vision and strategy for Paid Social at a group level for aprestigious luxury client. This role is pivotal in driving thesuccess of paid social channels across all brands within the group,ensuring best practices, and fostering strategic growth. This rolewill have 5-6 direct reports and will lead activation teams basedacross three different hubs globally. You will be the main point ofcontact for the client at a Group Level for anything relating toPaid Social Media across the brands. Due to the global nature ofthis client and your respective team, you'll be expected toeffectively lead and build successful relationships remotely.However, this role will require travel to different markets todeliver key presentations and meetings with both the client andyour respective teams. Given the ever-evolving social media anddigital landscape, you will be expected to remain abreast of keyupdates and competitor activities. As we move progressively intothis algorithmic era, you'll be expected to make proactivedecisions and recommendations on how the brands' Paid Socialstrategies can be developed to meet this pace of change. Adata-driven approach and the ability to analyse performance datafrom across the brands, identifying trends and outputs to furtheradvance learnings and channel approach, are essential. KeyResponsibilities: 1. Channel Leadership & Strategy: oResponsible for ensuring communication of best practices, hygiene,and excellence across all brands and internal activation hubs. Setthe agenda for auditing adoption of best practices at a grouplevel. o Manage Account Directors across all locations, ensuringalignment with the groups vision and strategy. o Drive channel bestpractices and create annual vision, roadmaps, channel priorities,and strategic frontiers. 2. Coordination and Collaboration: oCoordinate with key partners on group-level conversations, sharebetas, and track credits/coupons across brands. o Lead therelationship with corresponding specialists from Group HQ andfacilitate and drive cross-brand knowledge sharing. 3. Reportingand Analysis: o Provide cross-brand reporting and insightfulanalysis, including auditing of targeting, audiences, data inputs,measurement, and platforms to a high degree of data accuracy. oCollect channel-specific case studies from Account Directors toshowcase successes and learnings. Elevate these to the Group andcelebrate success stories. 4. Education and Training: o Providestrategic support for Account Directors, identifying training gapsto all AD's to ensure they become empowered and self-sufficient inleading the client relationship with the brands. o Responsible forthe education of Rest of World (ROW) teams on Asian platforms,working closely with Asian teams to improve ways of working onmajor platforms and replicate measurement and targeting strategies.o Proactively create recommendations and guidance in reaction toindustry and landscape developments, with the Group and all brands.o Identify training opportunities to ensure consistency in thedevelopment of the teams across the hubs, to drive evolution ofskillset. 5. Communication and Meetings: o Lead monthly channelcalls with the Group Client Lead to discuss updates, strategies,and performance. o Communicate with other channel leads andmeasurement teams from across the wider client team. o Collaboratewith other social leaders and internal stakeholders from across thedentsu network. o Represent your client remit in internal boardmeetings and present key account updates, alongside commercialforecasts and revenue/income tracking. This includes the trackingof media investment across platforms, so that we're able to manageour own commercial agreements with platforms. Experience &Qualifications: * Must be open to travel to meet with the clientand the other teams they oversee. * Deep understanding of thesocial media landscape and appreciation of the nuances across keymarkets such as EMEA, APAC, and the US. * Highly organized with aproven record of media planning across social platforms, includingan understanding of YouTube at a strategic level. * Expertise inAdvanced Measurement solutions such as Meta's Advanced Analytics,Lift Studies, Conversion/Events APIs and MMM. * Strongunderstanding of Experimentation and Testing Agenda, with theability to reconcile business challenges alongside media objectivesand KPIs, to identify platform proxies and maximize strategiesthrough a test and learn approach. * Proven record of workingclosely with media owners and a track record of nurturing andbuilding client relationships at a Senior level - Director andabove. * Reporting into the Client Performance Lead, leading teamsacross France, the UK, and the US. * An understanding of Asiansocial media platforms is preferable but not necessary. *Passionate about luxury with at least 4 years of experience workingfor a luxury brand. * At least 7-10 years of experience in socialmedia marketing, including 2 years in a senior leadership position.Why Join Us? * Be part of a prestigious luxury client with a globalpresence. * Lead innovative and impactful paid social strategies inthis algorithmic era. * Collaborate with talented professionalsacross the globe, who are as enthusiastic and curious about thedirection of social media marketing. * Drive the future of paidsocial in the luxury sector.
