The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to become a key part of our growing marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive the company’s online presence and help enhance its brand. You’ll be responsible for creating and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms, supporting marketing campaigns, and contributing fresh ideas to showcase the company's successes and values.
Responsibilities
- Manage and create content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services and brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams to highlight projects, achievements, and updates.
- Monitor and analyze social media engagement and campaign performance.
- Assist with website updates and creating marketing collateral.
About You
- Experience: Previous marketing experience, ideally in the construction or related industry, is preferred but not essential.
- Skills: A creative flair for content creation, strong communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing.
- Tools: Familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media scheduling tools is advantageous.
- Personality: Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, modern environment.
