Business Development Representative

We are looking for an individual who has experience in Sales and has high organisation skills attention to detail and drive to continually learn and develop and to contribute to the whole company whilst acknowledging our company ethos of care first.
Main responsibilities:
- Outbound calling
- Answering the Sales phone for all team members when in meetings
- Dealing with leads through phone calls emails and live chat and recording those leads
- Coordinating and supporting the sales team by managing schedules and booking appointments
- Market research and recording trends and reporting back to the sales team
- Data entry including the management of CRM data & keeping all records up to date
- Covering colleagues on annual leave with all inbound duties booking inbound demos and dealing with Inbound leads answering the sales phone emails and live chat
- Research leads to find the correct prospect to contact
- Using the CRR and actively cleansing the date and keeping records up to date
- Being part of the wider sales team joining meetings with Marketing Sales and Products
- Attend face to face events and generate leads or action leads from the these care events & notify/ handover to the relevant department
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Outbound calling experience
- A background in the care sector is desirable but not essential
- Hubspot CRM knowledge/use is desirable
