• We're so proud to say that we are real Living Wage accredited. This means we will continue to pay well above the National Minimum Wage, so our pay rate is 12 with the opportunity for paid overtime (6 day working) during our peak periods. 
  
• Full Time Fixed Term Contract from February 2025 until October 2025, we can offer varying start and end dates between these months
• Accommodation & meal packages available (optional) at a generous rate with zero charge for bills or utilities.

Being a Sailing Instructor 

Working with kids requires energy, confidence and effort; but we guarantee it's never, ever boring. You'll enjoy overseeing our diverse range of fun water sports either on the sea or local lakes; from sailing, dragon boats, kayaking, canoes & SUP. You'll be delivering fun & educational sessions to children and families whilst maintaining high levels of safety including our equipment.  
You won't always be on water; you could also be running land-based activity sessions, lighting campfires, building shelters, singing songs or lending a helping hand to your hospitality colleagues. No two days will ever be the same. 

Are you a PGL person? 

You'll need your 'RYA Dingy Instructor' qualification. Apart from that, no experience needed, your character is what we value most. PGL people are:
