The Oystercatcher is a contemporary bar and restaurant with comfy accommodation that enjoys an enviable outlook over Polzeath Beach and out to sea, from both inside and across its spectacular al fresco space.

You'll be working at a scenic pub that's popular among families, couples, and surfers seeking a delicious bite to eat following a session on the waves or a day out exploring Cornwall's dramatic north coast.

Do you want to work in a fun, fast paced environment as part of a talented team? Join us as one of our bar or waiting team and you'll be joining passionate people who do much more than serve and pour; you'll enjoy building relationships with our regulars whilst providing memorable experiences to delight our visitors.
